The chart on the right shows an HVAC unit in failure. The supply air is blowing cold during heating cycles (brown line). The indoor temperature (green line) is stuck well below the set point range, resulting in disgruntled occupants making cold calls. The HVAC unit is in a constant on state (bottom of image), greatly increasing energy usage and cost.
